This is my first visit. The restaurant was clean and smelled like delicious homemade food. I ordered the Enchiladas Rojos and I wish I had taken a picture of my plate. It looked and tasted great! I was offered the enchilada sauce on the side because I mentioned my issue with spicy food. (I usually stick to the flauta plate for that reason.) They also accommodated us by changing the channel on one of the 4 TVs to a football game we were watching at our hotel. Overall, 5 stars for their lovely service and hot, yummy food. My stomach thanks you!
Having lived all over the country, I can honestly say this is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Lovely staff, very clean, delicious and authentic cuisine. Tell everyone you know to come here!
I had a fajita guisada plate and it was delicious. I tried my wife's enchiladas and i tasted fresh homemade corn tortillas and that made a big difference from other places. Everything was so good. Will be coming back for sure. Very nice people work here also. Service was very good.
Had their mini fajita tacos- simple but flavorful. The salsa is fantastic, great atmosphere, very clean.
WOW !! Finally found a restaurant in the Aldine Area that actually cooks fresh home made food along with it being great and very tasty. We will see Sara’s Kitchen very soon and so should you .

Sara’s kitchen, always past by this place till I decided to give it a whirl. Had lunch here with my wife and surprisingly food was outstanding. I had the Churrasco plate carne asada with rice, black beans, and cold vegetable salad. My wife hade the Fajita Ranchera which was very tasty. Hand made corn tortillas!! You can’t find that anymore it’s rare. Also not to expensive. $14 a plate. Very clean place. I recommend this place. 👍🏼👍🏼
First and most importantly, the place is very clean.✅️ The music is mild, not too loud.✅️ Waiting service time was fast.✅️ Waitress was very kind and professional.✅️ Okay, let's get to the point "THE FOOD" Huevos rancheros, over medium eggs✅️. The main key for huevos rancheros is the "ranchera sauce" which it was delicious ✅️. Refry beans were good✅️. But I do prefer them more blend like a puree. It's just my liking. The side fry potatoes are well seasoned. Chilaquiles rojos, they come with 2 eggs, refry beans, queso fresco, and crema. I removed the queso fresco and crema. (My choice). The chilaquiles red sauce was tasteful but not what I was looking for, I prefer more a guajillo chili sauce with a spicy kick. Menudo, "WAS DELICIOUS."😋🤤 The flavors are on point, perfectly seasoned, and the menudo was very clean. And the homemade corn tortillas was the perfect combination 👏. I highly recommend this place✅️👍
The food here is absolutely delicious! I love Mexican food, but sometimes it can feel a bit heavy. This restaurant does an amazing job of delivering the rich, authentic flavors of Hispanic cuisine while keeping everything fresh, balanced, and satisfying. We ordered the burritos and corn tacos with fajita meat, and everything was excellent. The chips and salsa were fresh, and the green salsa had the perfect amount of spice. The meal was filling without leaving us feeling overly stuffed, which I really appreciated. The aguas frescas were refreshing and not overly sweet. Every component of the meal felt thoughtfully prepared—the meat was tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The customer service was outstanding as well. Our server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere felt warm, comfortable, and homey. To be honest, we were a little unsure at first because of the surrounding area, but this restaurant turned out to be an absolute gem. The prices are very affordable for the quality of food you receive, and it’s conveniently located only about 10 minutes from IAH Airport. You definitely need to give this place a try!
